Duties Actively promote our institution's programs and campus life through engaging presentations, campus tours, and outreach events. Attend local municipal events and hiring campaigns as the school ambassador, sharing general admissions information. Utilize public speaking skills to deliver compelling information about academic offerings, admissions processes, and student services. Manage student information using the student information system (Ellucian or similar platforms), ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping. Assist prospective students with inquiries via phone, email, or in person while providing excellent customer service. Support recruitment campaigns by coordinating outreach efforts through social media, email campaigns, and community events. Collaborate with admissions teams to facilitate smooth application processes and ensure compliance with educational regulations. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive student information while adhering to institutional policies and data management standards. Skills Strong public speaking abilities with experience delivering presentations or leading group discussions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating reports, spreadsheets, and promotional materials. Familiarity with CRM systems and student information systems such as Ellucian for managing applicant data. Knowledge of admissions and enrollment management processes within an academic institution. Experience working with students or in educational administration roles is highly desirable. Excellent written communication skills for creating compelling outreach content and reports. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data management and compliance standards. Demonstrated team management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
