Job Description

Director of Residential Services Retention Bonus Offered Are you a passionate leader who believes individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities deserve the highest quality of care and opportunity? At Greystone Programs, we provide residential services grounded in therapeutic ABA principles, and we're looking for a Director of Residential Services to lead this critical work. As our Director, you will guide residential teams, mentor leaders, and ensure services not only meet but exceed OPWDD standards. This role is for someone who thrives in a mission-driven environment, values teamwork, and wants to make a lasting impact on the lives of others.
What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire residential teams to deliver exceptional care. Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations while maintaining a therapeutic, person-centered environment. Promote professional development and training for staff. Collaborate across departments to improve operations and service delivery. Provide flexible support, including participation in on-call responsibilities.

Bring:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred). Proven leadership experience in residential services for individuals with I/DD. Strong understanding of ABA principles and OPWDD regulations. A commitment to quality, innovation, and compassionate care
