Apex Technical School is an adult vocational school located in Long Island City, New York, that provides top-tier vocational training in high-growth trades. RESPONSIBILITIES
Audit enrollment folders for accuracy and inclusion of all necessary documents. Process miscellaneous enrollment folder revisions and cancellations. Compile audited enrollment folders for review before new class starts. Complete reports relating to audited enrollment folders. Submit audited enrollment folders to the Student Services department for data entry. Stock and order enrollment documents. Post new class start signage around the APEX building as needed. Execute tasks at the School Director's discretion that require similar skill Functions as an ambassador and liaison for Apex Technical School. Sets of the tasks listed. Contributes to organization success by accepting new assignments, helping team members, learning new skills, and striving to improve team results.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 3 years experience in Data Entry Meticulous attention to detail Efficient with meeting deadlines and time management. Proficient math skills. Oral and written communication skills. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and supervisors. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team.
