Orion Institute is seeking a full-time Campus Director to provide on-site leadership for our Perrysburg campus. The Campus Director is responsible for leading daily campus operations, supporting staff and students, maintaining a professional and accountable environment, and helping ensure strong enrollment, retention, completion, graduate-placement, and compliance outcomes. Candidates with experience as a Campus Director, Assistant Campus Director, Director of Operations, Director of Admissions, Education Director, Student Services Director, or similar education leadership role are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operation of the campus and maintain a professional, student-focused environment. Supervise, coach, and support campus staff across admissions, academics, student services, career services, front office, and related functions. Coordinate communication, follow-up, and accountability across campus departments. Partner with admissions, academic, financial-aid, career-services, and student-services personnel to support student enrollment, persistence, completion, and employment outcomes. Monitor campus reports and ensure timely follow-up on student attendance, academic progress, clock-hour progression, withdrawals, student concerns, and other operational priorities. Help ensure campus policies, records, procedures, and practices are prepared for institutional, accreditation, state, regulatory, audit, and site-visit requirements. Support campus compliance through accurate documentation, reporting, issue escalation, and follow-through. Address student, staff, parent, visitor, and vendor concerns professionally and promptly. Coordinate facilities, supplies, vendors, safety procedures, and campus operational needs. Use data, reports, and team feedback to identify priorities and improve the student and employee experience. Build a positive, accountable, service-oriented culture for students, employees, and campus partners. What We're Looking For Experience in higher education, career education, vocational education, technical education, student services, admissions, operations, or comparable leadership. Demonstrated ability to lead people, manage competing priorities, and follow through on important details. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience with student retention, enrollment, academic progress, career services, graduate placement, or campus operations is preferred. Familiarity with accreditation, state regulation, Title IV processes, audits, or compliance is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, external service providers, vendors, and community partners. Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant professional experience will be considered.
