Job Description

We are looking for a Major Gift Officer who can help us engage the local community to facilitate our vision of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility for all.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience 3+ years of professional experience with a background in major gift fundraising in the YMCA or another not-for-profit organization. Knowledgeable in annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, leading teams, and donor relations Willingness to travel across Greater Philadelphia branch locations Technical proficiency in donor research and CRM platform
