Position Overview:

Reporting to the Director of Alumni and Family Engagement, theAssistant Director of Alumni and Family Engagement is responsible for creating meaningful opportunities that connect alumni, students,parents, faculty, and friends with Misericordia. The position leads engagement initiatives that strengthen lifelong relationships, expandvolunteer leadership, build affinity communities, support philanthropy, and create measurable engagement outcomes.

Education:

Bachelor's degree required.

Experience:

Three tofive years of progressively responsible experience in alumni relations, higher education, volunteer management, nonprofit engagement, eventmanagement, or related field. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills. Experience managingvolunteers and collaborative campus partnerships.

Licenses / Certifications

Valid PA driver's license Work-Related Knowledge Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated knowledge of social media platforms andtheir effective use for communication, engagement, and promotion. Familiarity with AI best practices. Willingness to traveland work evenings/weekends as needed. (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may beconsidered.)
