WORKING HOURS
: Typically, a 40 Hour Work Week, Additional Hours Required As Needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree in a human service filed, administration, rehabilitation or related field from an accredited college or university and one year's experience in administration or supervision; or baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field, administration, rehabilitation, or related field and two years of experience in administration or supervision in the human services field. Acquire and maintain certification in First Aid, CPR, and CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention). Subject to annual TB test. Valid driver's license from state of residence and ability to operate motor vehicle for 15 passengers or less.
JOB SUMMARY
CHESCO Services is seeking a Coordinator of Residential Services to oversee residential programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position provides leadership to Residential Coordinators, ensures quality services and regulatory compliance, supports admissions and staffing, and promotes person-centered care. Key Responsibilities Supervise Residential Coordinators and oversee daily residential operations in Community Residential Care Facilities, Community Training Homes, and apartment complexes. Ensure implementation of Individual Program Plans, Behavior Support Plans, and agency standards. Assist with hiring, employee coaching, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Coordinate admissions, discharges, transfers, staffing, and on-call support. Monitor documentation, medication errors, incident reports, and regulatory compliance. Maintain electronic records in Therap and complete required administrative reports. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and service providers to ensure quality care. Covers facilities as needed
PHYSICAL ABILITIES INCLUDE
Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, (patients with assistance), grasping, talking, hearing, repetitive motions, communication, writing, reading, driving including nights, counting, work double shifts as necessary, running.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
Heavy lifting with assistance as needed, visual acuity must be accurate to write and read small print and record data. The worker is subject to noise and hazards including: the possibility of physical assault, property destruction and infections. The worker is subject to wear protective clothing to prevent exposure to infection
