Description The Alumni Relations and Foundation Partnerships Coordinator supports the Director of Foundation by coordinating alumni engagement, Foundation partnership activities, sponsorship support, donor/funder communications, and related tracking systems. This position helps build and maintain relationships with alumni, corporate partners, community supporters, sponsors, and prospective funding sources to advance Foundation and college priorities.

None Job Duties Work closely with the Director to establish a community/alumni engagement plan. Maintain a pipeline of prospective funding opportunities, including deadlines, eligibility requirements, and documentation needs. Maintain organized files and documentation for Foundation-related funding opportunities to support audit readiness and reporting needs. Coordinate with the Colleges Grant Manager to ensure alignment with institutional grant processes, avoid duplication of effort, and maintain compliance with applicable regulations. Refer state, federal, and institutional grant opportunities to the Grant Manager for evaluation, development, and submission. Identify and research prospective corporate partners and sponsors aligned with Foundation goals. Manage alumni outreach and relationship-building efforts, including preparing materials, scheduling meetings, and coordinating follow-up activities. Assist in developing sponsorship opportunities for events, programs, and initiatives, including recognition and fulfillment tracking. Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and activities in the Foundation database/CRM. Research, identify, coordinate and manage relationships with corporations, foundations, and alumni for funding various programs and projects. Understand current philanthropic interests through regular contact with potential funding sources to maintain community and alumni relations. Assist the Director as needed and participate in alumni and fundraising conferences as recommended. Manage alumni engagement programs and oversee alumni communications, including newsletters and social media. Prepare basic reports and tracking tools related to funding opportunities, partnerships, and scholarships. Assist with Foundation events and initiatives, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned.
