Adjunct Instructor - Digital Photography Butler Community College - 4.4 Andover, KS Job Details Part-time $850 an hour 4 days ago Qualifications Confidential information handling Employee relationship building Working with students Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description Posting Information Posting Information Position Title Adjunct Instructor - Digital Photography Job Duties Butler Community College seeks a dynamic and knowledgeable Adjunct Instructor to teach Photography 1 and Photography 2. The ideal candidate will bring industry expertise, a passion for student success, and the ability to create an engaging, hands-on learning environment in both an online and face-to-face setting. Knowledge with Adobe products is preferred. Applicants must be available to teach on Mondays 8:00am-3:35pm. Campus Locations Andover Nature of Position Adjunct Instructor If Part Time, list Working Hours Salary (Commensurate with education and experience) $850 per credit hour taught Open Date 07/22/2026 Close Date Open Until Filled Special Instructions Summary Qualifications The applicant may be requested to authorize the College to procure a consumer report(s) for employment purposes. Qualifications Required knowledge and skills Proficiency with learning management systems is preferred. Ability to establish and maintain productive work relationships with staff and students. Ability to work independently to teach with little supervision. Required to maintain confidentiality regarding student information. Required experience Must have a minimum of 4 years verifiable experience in the photography field. (May consider 2 years of verifiable experience if candidate possesses an associates degree in an applicable field of study.) Prior teaching experience is preferred. Required educational background Associates degree preferred; Work experience required.
