$25,500.00 - $47,000.00 per year Job description: High School Teacher (Middle & High School) Kingspoint Christian School Position Overview Kingspoint Christian School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Christian educator to join our team. This position primarily serves our high school students while also teaching select middle school courses as needed. The ideal candidate is committed to academic excellence, discipleship, and building meaningful relationships with students and families. We are looking for someone who views teaching as both a profession and a ministry, helping students grow academically, spiritually, and socially. Mission-Focused Responsibilities Teach high school courses and assigned middle school subjects using engaging, effective instructional practices. Integrate a biblical worldview into daily instruction and classroom interactions. Foster a Christ-centered classroom environment that encourages respect, responsibility, and a love of learning. Plan and deliver lessons that challenge students academically while supporting individual learning needs. Assess student progress and provide timely, meaningful feedback. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student achievement. Partner with parents to support student success and spiritual growth. Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen the school's mission and culture. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, chapels, school events, and other community activities. Serve as a positive Christian role model both on and off campus. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field required. Teaching certification preferred or willingness to pursue certification if applicable. Experience teaching middle school and/or high school students preferred. Strong classroom management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and colleagues.
