JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Penn State Harrisburg School of Humanities invites applications for Adjunct Lecturer in Spanish. Teaching assignments may require teaching day or evening classes, as needed. This is a part-time, adjunct faculty opening. Job Duties Teach 1-2 classes (4 credits each; up to a maximum of 9 credits per semester) on a semester-by-semester basis in Spanish language, literature, and culture depending on expertise. Requirements and Qualifications Minimum of a Master's Degree or higher or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Must have completed MA in a related field required and experience teaching at the post-secondary level is preferred. Commitment to high-quality instruction in a student-centered environment is desired. Enthusiasm for working in a multidisciplinary environment is important.
