Full-Time Tree of Knowledge is seeking an experienced, professional, and engaging Private Educator to provide full-time instruction for two school-aged brothers in a personalized homeschooling environment. The ideal candidate must be confident teaching both mathematics and reading/language arts, along with other core academic subjects. We are looking for an educator who can deliver a well-rounded educational experience while adapting lessons to meet each student's individual learning style. This role extends beyond traditional classroom instruction. The educator will be responsible for creating meaningful learning experiences both inside and outside the home, including educational outings, enrichment activities, and travel with the family. Responsibilities Provide daily instruction in mathematics, reading/language arts, and other core academic subjects. Develop individualized lesson plans that align with educational standards and each student's learning needs. Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly. Create engaging, hands-on, and project-based learning experiences. Plan and supervise educational field trips, museum visits, science centers, libraries, cultural events, and other enrichment activities. Take students on age-appropriate recreational outings that encourage social development, confidence, and life skills. Travel with the family as needed while maintaining educational continuity. Foster a structured, positive, and engaging learning environment. Maintain open, professional communication with the family regarding student progress.
