Summary As a School Teacher at FORZA Education Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our students. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards. Manage classroom behavior and create a supportive learning environment. Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods. Provide academic advising and support to students as needed. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and initiatives. Foster relationships with students to encourage their personal and academic growth. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required. Teaching Certification in MS Science Strong classroom management skills and experience working with students. Ability to educate effectively across various subjects. Experience in behavior management techniques is preferred. Familiarity with scientific research methods is a plus.
