Mentor students academically and personally, providing guidance on academic advising and tutoring sessions. Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavioral incidents while ensuring compliance with educational regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education Proven classroom teaching experience at the middle school level with a strong background in math instruction. Expertise in core mathematical areas including algebra and geometry, Demonstrated ability to utilize learning technology effectively within the classroom environment. Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds and adapting instruction accordingly. Strong classroom management skills combined with excellent communication skills for engaging students and collaborating with colleagues. Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and curriculum implementation strategies aligned with educational standards. Familiarity with special education practices and behavior management techniques is advantageous.
