Utilize learning technology tools to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement during both in-center and online instruction. Communicate effectively with staff to track progress, address concerns, and promote ongoing academic development. Help organize classroom materials, manage schedules, and maintain a clean and welcoming learning space. Experience Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional adaptability across diverse subjects such as math, science, or English language arts. Experience using learning technology platforms or online instruction tools to facilitate remote or hybrid teaching environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with students from various cultural backgrounds and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Background in tutoring or teaching math, science, or English language arts is advantageous. Knowledge of classroom management techniques and experience working with children of different age groups including preschool or early childhood education is a plus. Demonstrated ability to support learners with special needs or those requiring individualized instruction.
