We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and caring individual to support our Before and After-School Program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, creating engaging activities, and fostering a safe, supportive, and fun environment where students can learn, grow, and thrive. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, a positive role model, and a team player dedicated to helping children build confidence, friendships, and important life skills. Hiring in Waterville, Oakland, and Benton.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Demonstrate willingness to participate in all areas of the Before and After-School Program with the children Responsible for a group of thirteen (13) children, helping each child adjust and grow with other children within the program guidelines. Plan and implement daily curriculum for children to follow Abilities to observe student behavior and assess its appropriateness, enforce relevant safety regulations and emergency procedures, and apply appropriate behavior management techniques Assist with all Before and After-School Program activities and other activities as assigned Maintains safety , cleanliness, and discipline of children, area and equipment
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Skills in problem solving Must have excellent communicate skills and the ability to work with groups participating (age and skill level), and provide necessary instruction to children
WORK SCEHDULE
