Duties Supervise children during afterschool hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Facilitate engaging educational activities that promote childhood development and learning in line with curriculum standards Manage classroom behavior using effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive environment Assist with homework help, tutoring, and skill-building exercises tailored to individual student needs Lead recreational activities, including arts and crafts, sports, theater, and outdoor games to encourage creativity and teamwork Implement first aid protocols when necessary and respond promptly to minor injuries or emergencies using CPR or AED as needed Collaborate with parents, guardians, and team members to support each child's growth and address any behavioral or developmental concerns Qualifications Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid, CPR, and AED operation required; willingness to update certifications regularly Strong classroom management skills with the ability to foster a safe and inclusive environment Experience facilitating youth group activities or camp programs is advantageous Ability to supervise children outdoors and engage them in physical activities safely Excellent communication skills for working effectively with children, parents, and team members Join us in inspiring young minds!
