Guide students through the use of kitchen tools and equipment, emphasizing knife skills and precise food preparation methods. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their culinary skills and build confidence in their abilities. Manage classroom activities efficiently, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe learning environment. Incorporate culinary industry best practices related to hospitality, food service management, and restaurant experience into lessons. Support students' understanding of the food industry by sharing insights into food service operations and culinary careers. Requirements Proven experience in baking, cooking, or food industry roles with a focus on culinary arts or hospitality. Strong knowledge of cake decorating techniques, baking methods, and food preparation processes. Excellent teaching skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to adult learners. Hands-on experience with kitchen sanitation standards and food safety regulations. Proficiency in knife skills, food handling procedures, and culinary equipment operation.
