Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing School Program Staff to join our team. As a School Program Staff, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and engaging environment for students.
Hours:
Afternoon:
3:00-6:00 pm and occasionally 7am
  • 9am if other staff is out.
Reliable transportation required
Duties:
  • Monitor and maintain student safety and well-being, ensuring that all necessary precautions are taken to prevent accidents.
  • Provide individualized support to students, particularly those with special needs, to help them reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that all programs and activities are well-coordinated and align with our school's mission.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and program evaluations to inform future improvements.
Skills:
  • Experience working with children and a strong understanding of childhood development principles.
  • Experience working with students with special needs and a willingness to adapt to their unique requirements.
  • First aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
  • Experience in babysitting or working in a daycare setting, demonstrating a strong commitment to providing quality care and support.
  • Familiarity with theater arts and a passion for using creative mediums to engage students.
  • Proven experience working with students and an understanding of their educational needs and requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and students.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve program goals.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality educational programs and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
From $16.50 per hour
