• Thursday 6:15 AM
• 7:50 AM // 3:15pm
• 6:30pm, Friday 12pm-6:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate engaging activities for children in a program setting.
• Implement and follow program curriculum and lesson plans.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions.
• Assist with homework and provide academic support.
• Plan and organize age-appropriate recreational activities, including sports, arts and crafts, and games.
• Collaborate with other program leaders to ensure smooth operation of the program.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding program updates and child progress.

Qualifications:

• One year or more
• experience working with children in a structured setting, such as a daycare, classroom or after-school program.
• Knowledge of classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.
• Familiarity with special education needs and accommodations.
• First aid certification is required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus.
• Experience in sports coaching or leading recreational activities is beneficial.
