Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary projects and school activities Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavioral reports Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and progress Incorporate diverse teaching methods and technology to enhance learning experiences Support students' social and emotional development and promote a respectful classroom culture

Skills and Qualifications:
