What You'll Do Facilitate a learner-driven middle school studio Lead Socratic discussions Coach learners in goal setting, accountability, and personal growth Foster a culture of curiosity, leadership, and responsibility Partner with families to support each learner's journey We're Looking For Someone Who Loves working with middle school students Believes young people are capable of extraordinary things Asks thoughtful questions instead of giving all the answers Is organized, dependable, and eager to learn Values character, leadership, and lifelong learning Prior teaching experience is not required . We encourage applicants from education, business, entrepreneurship, engineering, coaching, ministry, military service, and other mentoring-focused professions.
