CatCH Afterschool Program:
Support Staff (Part-Time, Seasonal)

About the
Role:
As a CatCH Support Staff member, you'll be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging space for students during the critical hours after school. Support staff help lead fun enrichment activities and games, bring creativity and enthusiasm to daily programming, and build positive relationships with students. This is a great opportunity to be a trusted mentor, a creative leader, and a positive presence in your community.

Support and lead hands-on enrichment activities, games, and group projects
Encourage creativity, confidence, and positive social interactions
Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment
Build meaningful relationships with students, staff, and families

Qualifications:
Previous experience working with youth (camp, school, or educational setting preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills

Seasonal, part-time
Hours:
2:30 PM-5:00 PM on select days of the week
Compensation:
$18-$25 an hour
