We are currently accepting seasonal part-time applications for Cleaning Team positions. This opportunity will service all public and private sectors of the Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation and Greenfield Village, including public areas of village historical structures, Lovett Hall, Anderson Center Theater, Giant Screen Experience, Research Center, and Henry Ford Academy. Essential Responsibilities Assists in maintaining non-historic public and private sectors of the museum and village. Assists in servicing all offices, food and merchandising facilities, public and private restrooms. Assists in maintaining Lovett Hall, including offices, ballroom, swimming pool, dormitories, conference rooms and floor surfaces. Assists in maintaining Anderson Center Theater, Giant Screen Experience, Research Center offices and public spaces. Assists in maintaining museum and village campus of Henry Ford Academy, including classrooms, laboratories and offices. Duties include removing trash and debris from all areas, dry and wet mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, disinfecting, restocking paper products, soap, etc. Assists with routine and special room set-ups as required. Performs other activities as necessary Contributes to the effective team management of all problems, issues and opportunities. Acts as a team player and provides expertise within the team and with other teams as appropriate. Your Qualifications High school diploma or GED 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license Professional cleaning experience strongly preferred Special Skills Ability to work without direct supervision Knowledge of basic cleaning skills Ability to operate motorized cleaning equipment
