• Opening the gallery for visitors
• Maintaining oversight of gallery visitors
• Aiding in the installation and take down of exhibitions
• Creation of labels for exhibitions
• Answering the questions of gallery visitors
• Answering the gallery phone
• Ensuring the safety of all art work
• Other duties may be assigned in the Fine Arts Area Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications
• Availability to work mornings preferably beginning at 9am
• Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Word
• Punctual, Reliable and Organized
