Qualifications:
Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate for Music or ability to obtain certification through the Limited Instructional Certification Program.
Holder of Certificates of Eligibility must complete the 50-hour pre-professional experience as required by the NJ Department of Education.
Demonstrated knowledge of subject specialty and effective teaching methods.
Ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Effectively communicates and understands job instructions both verbally and written in the English language.
Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
