The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses in Ethics and Philosophy as assigned by the College. Course assignments are based on institutional needs, faculty availability, and scheduling. Continued employment is contingent upon satisfactory performance and the instructional needs of the College. Minimum requirements Master's degree in Philosophy or a closely related field. A minimum of 18 graduate semester credit hours in Philosophy .

General Instructor Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate courses in Ethics and Philosophy in face-to-face, online, and hybrid learning environments. Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, demonstrations, critiques, and classroom activities. Develop and maintain course materials aligned with program learning outcomes. Assess student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.

Requirements:

Knowledge and use of basic MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Ability to use and facilitate Computer Based learning and lecturing. Ability to learn and use online Course Management System. Use email as a form of teacher/student interactions

Compensation:
