New Hope Church is looking for a Youth Team Leader to provide vision, leadership, and discipleship for our Shelbyville Campus Youth (grades 6-12). This is an opportunity to lead a thriving ministry (100+ kids), equip volunteers, partner with parents, and make a lasting impact in the lives of students. About the Position

• Full time Serve alongside an incredible team Evenings & weekends required to support church events and activities, with the majority of the hours being Sunday

Naturally builds relationships with students while recruiting, developing, and encouraging volunteers. Enjoys partnering with parents, volunteers, and staff to create an environment where students are known, loved, and challenged to grow in their faith.
