REPORTS TO:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide instructional programs that promote student's development of skill and knowledge in content area assigned to regular and special needs students, as requiredDemonstrate effective command of classroom technology that supports student learningWork as a contributing member of the School Community Help students learn subject matter and skills that will contribute to their educationCreate a program of study and a class environment favorable to learning and personal growthEstablish effective rapport with pupils to develop the skills, attitudes, and knowledge necessary to become successful individuals in accordance with each pupils abilityEstablish positive relationships with parents/ guardians and staff members

QUALIFICATIONS

A teaching license issued by the State of Massachusetts appropriate for this content area and grade level (K-6 Physical Education)Strong and versatile academic background Three years of successful experience as a classroom teacher preferredGood communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to contribute to student life beyond the classroomApproved CORI and Fingerprinting results

SALARY RANGE
