Job Description
PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHER
Additional Information:
This is a MS PE/Health position for B-Days (alternating days) in our schedule - 8-4pm. This position will teach two classes of 6th grade and one class of 7th grade. Must have a PE/Health endorsement. Will deliver PE/Health standards in a Dance Studio space at ACMA - creativity and flexibility is preferred.
Purpose:
The Physical Education Teacher instructs and encourages all students to develop lifelong habits of healthy physical activity and sportsmanship. The Physical Education Teacher plans and implements an instructional program that fosters learning and growth, creates a supportive learning environment that enables acquisition of skills and knowledge, and guides students toward teaching their academic, social, intellectual and physical potential.
