Centerton, AR Lead an established, high-performing childcare center—with strong systems and a supportive team. Busy Minds Academy is hiring a Center Director for our Centerton location. Are you an experienced childcare or preschool leader ready to lead an established center with strong systems, a supportive team, and a program families trust? Busy Minds Academy is looking for a confident, organized leader to oversee our Centerton, AR facility . This is an established center—not a turnaround role. You'll be stepping into a program with a team already in place and the opportunity to build on what's working while continuing to strengthen operations, team culture, and family relationships. What You'll Do Oversee daily center operations Ensure compliance with all licensing and safety requirements Lead, coach, and develop staff Hire and retain high-quality teachers Maintain a strong team culture and accountability Build positive relationships with families Support enrollment and retention Manage staff scheduling, reporting, and administrative responsibilities Ensure a clean, organized, and high-functioning facility Support consistent implementation of center policies and procedures Help create a positive, professional environment for both staff and families What We're Looking For Leadership experience in a childcare or preschool setting Strong understanding of childcare licensing and compliance Organized and dependable with strong follow-through Confident decision-maker Excellent communication and team-building skills Ability to lead by example and hold high standards Genuine passion for children, families, and developing staff Qualifications — Arkansas Requirements Must be 21+ and meet one of the following: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field Bachelor's degree + 4+ years of experience or CDA Associate's degree + 6+ years of experience 8+ years of experience + willingness to obtain required credential Preferred Previous Center Director or Assistant Director experience Already meets Arkansas Director requirements Proven success with team development and staff retention Experience supporting enrollment and family retention Strong knowledge of Arkansas childcare licensing requirements Compensation & Benefits $25.00 per hour Paid Time Off Paid holidays Childcare discount Ongoing leadership development Performance-based opportunities What Success Looks Like Strong enrollment and retention Engaged, accountable team Smooth, organized daily operations Excellent inspection results Consistent, high-quality classrooms Positive relationships with families A strong, healthy team culture Apply Today This is an opportunity to lead an established, high-quality childcare center in Centerton where your leadership can make a real and lasting impact.
