COMPENSATION

$270-$300k base + Bonus and Partnership Our client is a physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization dedicated to transforming healthcare for seniors through high-quality, value-based care. Role:

Salary:

Base $280,000-$300,000

Bonus:

up to 20% of Base Salary

Hours:

Monday Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)

• Work/Life Balance

Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
