Qualifications for Center Director Candidates We seek mission-aligned BCBAs ready to lead.

Essentials include:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field. Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Minimum 2 years' experience providing ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably in home or center settings. Proven motivation for clinical and administrative leadership. Strong passion for supporting children and families impacted by autism spectrum disorder. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for teams and stakeholders.
