Job Description

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Howe Elementary School to lead daily operations and educational quality at our on-site program. The Site Director oversees staff, ensures licensing compliance, and builds strong partnerships with families and school leadership. You will design and implement engaging, standards-aligned programs that support children's social, emotional, and academic growth.
