This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily activities, ensure a safe environment, & inspire children through engaging educational & recreational experiences. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, strong leadership skills, & a passion for working with children. Duties Be familiar with State licensing requirements. Plan, organize, & supervise daily childcare activities aligned with developmental goals & safety standards Manage staff scheduling, timesheet & student billing Manage all program enrollment as well as ensuring policies & procedures are followed Lead staff providing guidance, support, & training in early childhood education practices including classroom management & behavior management. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, including first aid procedures & emergency response plans Foster positive relationships with children, parents, & staff to promote a welcoming atmosphere Provide training & mentoring for employees in training Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, & program progress Requirements Must have proven experience in state Licensing , teaching, & supervising or management role in a licensed childcare program Must have knowledge of EEC policies & regulations & childhood development best practices Director 1 or 2 qualifications in Early Childhood education Experience working with children with special needs or in inclusive settings is a plus Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate & manage staff effectively, enrollment & time management Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, & team members Ability to handle behavior management challenges with patience & professionalism Join us & make a meaningful impact on children\'s lives while leading & using your creativity to lead our vibrant program. Pay:

\$55,000.00 - \$67,000.00 per year
