Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports early childhood development. Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans aligned with educational standards and best practices in early childhood education. Manage staff recruitment, supervision, evaluation, and professional development to build a motivated and skilled team. Oversee daily center operations, including enrollment management, budgeting, and maintaining compliance with licensing regulations and legal requirements such as special education law. Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance program quality, expand community partnerships, and increase fundraising efforts to support center growth. Facilitate regular staff meetings, training sessions, and classroom observations to promote instructional leadership and continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records related to personnel management, student progress, safety protocols, and financial transactions while managing budgets effectively as an educational administrator. Qualifications Proven experience in school administrative leadership or as a school or child care director with strong management skills. Extensive background in early childhood education with classroom teaching experience in K-12 or preschool settings. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and supervising school staff. Knowledge of educational compliance standards, legal regulations including special education law, and school operational policies. Strong skills in strategic planning, fundraising, budgeting, and managing personnel within an educational context. Excellent communication abilities for public speaking, team leadership, and community engagement. Ability to facilitate professional development sessions for staff and foster a collaborative team environment focused on childhood development excellence.
