Responsible for the overall planning and management of the Center's• operation and enrollment and ensures that the All Stars Learning Center (ASLC) complies with all COMAR child care licensing regulations, requirements, policies, procedures, and other government regulations. •Center includes both the Pre-K nursery school and the Before and After School Care Program (BASCP).
