We build real relationships with the families we serve and hold a standard of care parents notice from the first conversation. Our Belton center cares for up to 80 children across five classrooms, with a team of educators who bring science, technology, engineering, arts, and math to life through play-based learning. We prepare fresh meals on-site daily and keep parents connected in real time with photos and activity logs throughout the day. About the Role We're hiring a Center Director for our Belton location. Some days you're observing classrooms and coaching a first-year teacher. Other days you're covering a toddler room . Another day you're planning an annual event. Not yet certified? Apply anyway. If you have the education and experience but haven't gone through the Office of Childhood certification process, we'll walk you through it and cover the cost of transcripts. A degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is a plus, though the credit requirements above are what govern Why Bright Skies We treat early education as more than daycare. Relationships come first here, and children are known by name and by personality, not just by classroom.
