Job Overview The CCR&R (Child Care Resource & Referral) Coordinator serves on the Leadership Team at the Partnership for Children of Johnston County. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and innovate in a collaborative environment dedicated to improving the quality of childcare across a three-county territory. The CCR&R Coordinator directs program implementation, executes strategic initiatives, and fosters partnerships that enhance the quality and accessibility of childcare. This position requires a proactive leader who is enthusiastic about providing childcare-related resources to families and collaborating closely with childcare providers to ensure their programs meet the highest standards. Additionally, this position thrives in a mission-driven setting and requires a strong background in program coordination and early childhood services. Responsibilities Lead planning, implementation, and assessment of CCR&R activities to ensure alignment with grant requirements and organizational goals. Serve in a leadership role, fostering professional development and a collaborative work environment. Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funders. Monitor program budgets, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with grant requirements and deliverables. Identify opportunities for growth and innovation to serve families and child care providers better. Coordinate outreach and communication to enhance awareness and engagement. Maintain program records for evaluation and monitoring purposes. Oversee data collection and analysis to assess program effectiveness and inform decision-making. Represent the CCR&R territory at meetings, conferences, committees, and board. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field. Minimum of three years of experience in program implementation within a nonprofit or community-based organization. Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood systems and early childhood education principles. Experience in licensed child care, teaching or training adults, and community engagement preferred. Proven leadership skills with experience supervising and motivating teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build partnerships. Strong organizational and budgeting skills, with experience managing grants and compliance.
