The Director responsibilities:

Oversee daily school operations, including human resources, quality assurance, and facility management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with families to support a positive school community. Onboard, train, and support staff to ensure successful performance and professional development. Manage the school's budget and ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements. Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Education or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in a preschool setting as a Director or Assistant Director. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff and families. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development. A genuine love for children and a strong commitment to early childhood education.

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
