HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a site and responsible for the supervision of up to 20 staff within

HELP NM ECD.

You will manage center operations and ancillary service needs, such as early childhood education services, calendars, staff schedules, supplies, and food service in accordance with Head Start Performance Standards, CACFP requirements, NM Childcare Licensing requirements, and

Policies and Procedures. You will work in coordination with Content Coordinators to promote school readiness by preparing children and families for school and life success as it relates to this position. Actively always supervises children by sight and sound and in all environments. You will maintain all health and safety regulations to create an optimum learning environment. You will facilitate health practices to keep children safe in indoor and outdoor environments.

HSD/GED AND

Child Development Associate (CDA) or be willing to obtain CDA within 6 months of hire required. Upon completion of CDA, must be willing to begin coursework toward obtaining a Bachelor's degree. Bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of supervisory experience required Knowledge in managing program finance, budgets, data entry, use of computers and computer software programs is preferred Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred) Valid Driver's license and Current Auto Insurance TB test or Chest X-ray
