Job Details Center for Care Coordination Clinical Capacity Director Position Overview Directs patient flow, capacity management, and bed placement across Catholic Health entities while leading clinical teams and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.

Requirements & Qualifications Clinical Experience:

5-7+ years in acute care with leadership in patient flow, bed placement, or capacity management.

Management Experience:

Experience supervising and managing clinical teams.

Licensure & Education:

Active RN license (required); Master of Science in Nursing (preferred).

Core Competencies:

Strong leadership, financial acumen, crisis management, cross-departmental collaboration, and analytical problem-solving.

Travel:

Ability to travel across Catholic Health facilities as needed.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
