JOB PAY RATE
$17.00 per hour
SCHEDULE
: Follows the school calendar
Morning Program:
7:00 - 8:30 am
Afternoon Program:
3:00 - 6:00 pm Opportunities may be available for morning, afternoon, or both programs.

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for our Before and After School Programs at our Bemus Point Elementary School location for the 2026-2027 school year. About the Role The Site Director is the heart of a Healthy Kids Programs location. You'll lead the daily operations of the site by creating a safe, engaging program that children love and families trust. You'll support and coach your team, build strong relationships with families and school partners, and ensure the program meets Healthy Kids Programs' quality standards and all licensing requirements. What Success Looks Like Program Quality:
Kids are engaged, safe, and having fun every day; the program reflects Healthy Kids Programs' model and families consistently choose to re-enroll
Staffing:
The site is fully staffed every day; teachers are prepared, supported, and showing up for the kids
Compliance:
The site operates in ratio at all times; records are accurate and current; the program is ready for inspection on any given day
Inventory:
The site is well-stocked with the supplies and materials teachers need; nothing runs out mid-week; restocking happens before it becomes a problem Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Candidates may qualify with any of the following: Associate degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or related field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Two years of college with 18 credits in a related field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role. NY State Children's Program Administrator Credential plus 2 years of relevant experience. School-Age Child Care Credential or equivalent office-recognized credential plus 2 years of relevant experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be medically cleared to perform all job duties and free of communicable diseases, including tuberculosis (TB). Demonstrates a positive, friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with children, parents, and team members. Dependable, punctual, and professional in conduct and appearance. Able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds, and meet the physical demands of working with children.
