Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Educational Director for Preschool/Daycare Center to lead our Early Childhood Education programs. Candidate must be NYS Certified Teacher in Early Childhood Education with Master 's or Bachelor Degree. with minimum 2 years experience. The ideal candidate will oversee curriculum development, staff management, and program quality to ensure a nurturing and educational environment for young learners. This role requires strategic vision, strong leadership skills, and a passion for early childhood education to foster a positive learning atmosphere aligned with our institution's mission. Duties Develop, implement, and evaluate preschool curriculum in accordance with educational standards and best practices. Manage daily operations of the preschool, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource allocation. Lead recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives for teaching staff and support personnel. Oversee budgeting processes to ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining high-quality programs. Establish and maintain relationships with parents, community partners, and educational stakeholders to promote program growth and engagement. Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, safety standards, and accreditation requirements. Monitor student progress and implement strategies to support diverse learning needs. Lead strategic planning efforts to enhance program offerings and expand preschool services. Skills Proven expertise in education administration with a focus on early childhood or preschool settings. Strong management skills with experience leading teams in educational environments. Excellent leadership abilities to inspire staff and foster a collaborative team culture. Proficiency in strategic planning and budgeting to align resources with organizational goals. Background in university experience or higher education settings is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with academic standards. Effective teaching skills combined with a deep understanding of early childhood developmental stages. Exceptional communication skills for engaging with staff, parents, and community partners. Pay:
$80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
