The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in childcare settings and a strong understanding of licensing standards, classroom management, and family communication. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily center operations, staffing, scheduling, and classroom coverage Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations and center policies Support teachers with curriculum implementation, behavior guidance, and classroom quality Build positive relationships with families through clear communication and responsive support Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment throughout the center Manage enrollment, tours, and family onboarding Lead and mentor staff through coaching, training, and performance feedback Handle incident reports, documentation, and communication as needed Collaborate with leadership on center goals, improvements, and community engagement Qualifications Childcare experience is required High school diploma is required Education is preferred — CDA, Early Childhood coursework, or college degree in a related field Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Knowledge of early childhood best practices and licensing requirements CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Compensation Salary will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
