Respite Center Administrator Blue Blanket Columbus Whitehall, OH Job Details Full-time $19.50 - $22.00 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Inventory management Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Experience working with children Front desk Full Job Description Blue Blanket Columbus is seeking an organized, dependable, and family-focused Respite Center Administrator to oversee the daily administrative operations of our center serving children, teens, and families. This position helps ensure that staff, families, schedules, documentation, and day-to-day center needs are coordinated so programs run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily center schedules and administrative operations Maintain organized participant and program records Assist with staff scheduling and attendance tracking Communicate with families regarding schedules, paperwork, and general questions Monitor completion and organization of required documentation Manage center supplies and inventory Coordinate front-desk activities and visitors Assist Program Managers with administrative needs Maintain confidentiality of participant and family information Help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming center environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous administrative, office management, childcare, human services, or healthcare experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable using computers, email, electronic records, and scheduling systems Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain accurate records Dependable, professional, and comfortable communicating with families and staff
Pay:
$19.50 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
