Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Director to lead our early childhood education program. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for educating young children. This role involves strategic planning, managing staff, and overseeing the daily operations of the preschool to ensure a nurturing and effective learning environment. The Preschool Director will work closely with parents, staff, and the community to foster a positive educational experience for all children. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the preschool's educational programs and services. Manage daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with state regulations. Provide leadership and guidance to teaching staff, promoting professional development and collaboration. Educate parents about the preschool's programs, policies, and child development practices. Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children that encourages learning through play. Monitor student progress and implement assessment strategies to support individual learning needs. Collaborate with community organizations to enhance resources available for children and families. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in educational leadership or administration within a preschool or early childhood setting. Strong skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and managing educational programs. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, staff, and community members. A deep understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Ability to create a positive team culture that promotes collaboration among staff members.

$43,500.00 - $55,000.00 per year
