Lead fundraising efforts and community engagement activities to support program sustainability and expansion. Develop and manage budgets as an executive education administrator, ensuring fiscal responsibility while maintaining high-quality programs. Conduct faculty evaluations, supervise school staff, and foster a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to childhood development standards, early childhood education best practices, and legal compliance related to school operations. Represent the preschool at public speaking engagements, community events, and stakeholder meetings to promote the program's mission and achievements. Requirements Extensive experience in school administration with a focus on preschool or early childhood education settings. Proven success in curriculum development, instructional leadership in education, and managing educational teams. Strong knowledge of educational compliance regulations, special education law, and school legal requirements. Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, budgeting, fundraising, and personnel management within a school environment. Experience in supervising faculty evaluation processes and facilitating professional development for educators. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders including staff, parents, community partners, and regulatory agencies. Background in working with students across early childhood age groups with a deep understanding of childhood development principles.
