The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is passionate about early childhood education, enrollment growth, and building lasting relationships with families. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving enrollment and retention, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring financial and operational success of the school. Key Responsibilities Enrollment, Customer Engagement & Retention Lead implementation of customer-focused initiatives to improve family engagement and retention Drive enrollment growth through tours, follow-ups, and relationship-building Ensure timely and consistent follow-up calls and communication with prospective families Partner with leadership team to identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and growth Analyze enrollment trends and customer data to make informed recommendations Operations & Administration Maintain accurate records including: Enrollment tracking Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing standards, and procedures Leadership & Program Quality Lead and support teaching staff to ensure high-quality classroom environments Ensure implementation of developmentally appropriate practices in early childhood education Be able to perform essential duties of all roles within the center when needed Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of childcare management or director experience Strong background in early childhood education Proven ability to increase enrollment and retention Experience with budgeting and financial oversight Strong organizational and communication skills Familiarity with childcare management systems (Brightwheel preferred) Knowledge of state licensing regulations Preferred Qualifications Montessori experience (preferred but not required) Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred but not required) What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Professional development opportunities Supportive leadership team Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding school
