We're seeking a passionate, organized, and results-driven Center Director to lead our Longview location. What You'll Do As Center Director, you will: Lead, inspire, and develop a team of early childhood professionals. Ensure full compliance with Texas Child Care Licensing Minimum Standards. Foster a positive, professional, and accountable workplace culture. Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, coach, and retain exceptional staff. Conduct classroom observations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Build meaningful relationships with families while providing outstanding customer service. Drive enrollment through tours, follow-up, community outreach, and family engagement. Oversee daily center operations, staffing, classroom ratios, and scheduling. Maintain accurate child and staff records using Playground Child Care Management Software. Ensure compliance with health, safety, CACFP, and emergency preparedness requirements. Collaborate with the Executive Director to achieve enrollment, operational, financial, and quality goals. Champion continuous improvement and support Texas Rising Star quality initiatives. Knowledge of Texas Child Care Licensing Minimum Standards. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities. Computer proficiency and willingness to learn Playground Child Care Management Software. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Must successfully pass all required background checks and meet Texas licensing requirements.
